Yeah, I’m actually surprised as to the number of comments I get here.
I get things like “This is great! I love this! Your site is so nice!”
Ok, here’s the deal. Most of the folks who comment here get tagged as spam by Wordpress. I don’t know what the criteria is or anything… Most of these comments I delete because people put links to their very inappropriate websites on them.
I clicked on one to find a woman bent over with a man behind her. Needless to say, niter were wearing pants. Most are to cheap enhancement pills though.
Well, read this people who comment: I will NOT approve your comment if your website you set on your profile is anything like that! I just won’t! So, either put nice stuff in there or don’t post at all.

Ugh, I need to work on this more. I’ve been concentrating on so many other things.
A good indication:
“Hey, you make any improvements on the book?”
“What book?”

Yeah…
My friend’s thoughts: An alternate dimension is frozen in time because the author has writers block!

The character of Rex.

So, yeah, the character of Rex is based on a real person. A friend of mine by the name of Tim. He knew this, of course. We had an IM conversation and it came up. I thought it was kinda funny.

So, this is a blog

Well, since WordPress is a blogging software, it would be almost a shame not to have some kind of blog.

Anyway, this site is no longer running on a free web host. It is running on a VPS that is shared with a few web sites. All managed by me (and Wolfin of WagzTail who bought the server). It took me a while to get this all up and running again. I kind of ditched WebsiteBaker (however good and simple of a script it is) because WordPress seemed like it would be a little easier and WordPress skills would be a good thing to have.

There is also a little script by the same people called bbPress, which now runs the forums. I loved working with MyBB and I know it very well. I use it for a few other projects. I went with bbPress because, well, it’s dead simple. Even with the 7 or 8 plugins I have on it, it still comes no where close to MyBB. But it’s all this site needs… Something quick and simple… It also intergrates nicely with WordPress.

I do have a new computer. A Lenovo T61. Yes, with a working 1 key. That was a problem with my old computer and why you will see ^ in the story a lot. It is not a smily. That is what I used to mark where I needed a !. The older version of Open Office (1.something) let me replace this. Open Office 2.w/e could not do a text replacement on this for whatever reason. I have not tried it with the 3.x version of OO.
